There are so many things that can be stressful and there are things we can do to mitigate and minimize stress factors. I’m sure we could make a long list of things that irritate us but let’s focus on one thing at a time. Let’s start with our laundry. There’s nothing more frustrating than getting to the end of a long week and waking up on our first day off to piles and piles of laundry.
It can get overwhelming sometimes. Grace and Coffee to the rescue with a little Simpleology! How do you eat an elephant? It’s so large and it would appear to be an impossible task, but even eating an elephant is possible. You may ask how? It’s simple, one bite at a time. In life if we could just look at those daunting tasks as one bite, or in this case, one load at a time. Waking up and dropping a load before heading out to work and upon your return putting it in the dryer will alleviate the stress of loads of loads of dirty clothes. One load at a time!!
